Making A Purchase

If you would like to make enquiries about purchasing an item, please complete the contact us form. You will receive a reply to your email address advising you of the price to pay and confirmation of delivery details and order. If you would like to discuss an item please request a telephone call giving brief details in the message box along with your telephone number and name. Please do NOT send us your credit card details via email or our website. Once you have placed your order and are satisfied, we will give you instructions how to pay by card or personal cheque.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery charges are not included and will differ depending on location. We offer a next day delivery service for all fresh flower bouquets providing the order is placed by 1.00pm. (Local same day delivery may be possible but it is advisable to telephone to place a same day order.) Delivery of fresh Wedding flowers will be pre booked at least 14 days in advance of the Wedding day. Funeral Tributes: We guarantee the safe delivery of funeral tributes to funeral parlours providing the full name of the deceased, location, time and date of funeral are stated when ordering. If the flowers you request are unavailable we have the right to substitute with flowers that are similar and available. You will be advised of any substitutions and will have the right to cancel your order.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. Providing the flowers are looked after as on the care card and kept out of draughts and excessive heat, Elaine will give a 7 day guaranteed vase life on all her flowers unless stated other otherwise..

Returns Policy

All faulty goods will be either replaced or money will be refunded, providing notification is recieved by telephone or email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. 

Refunds or replacement will follow within 30 days from notification and return of the faulty goods.

All credit card numbers are handled by Paypal or NoChex. Paypal and NoChex use advanced technologies to help keep your details safe. As with many websites, Elaine's Flowers keeps a basic log of web traffic to the website. This information does NOT contain any personal information like the name or email address of the visitor, and is only used for general purposes such as finding which other sites visitors are coming from and which pages they visit at Elaine's Flowers. Cookies are not used in anyway to collect personal data of visitors.

We collect personal data using forms on our website. Use of these forms is entirely voluntary on your part, so if you don't want us to hold any personal data about you, then please do not submit the forms. We use this data to contact you and process your order. We may use it to contact you in the future. We do not collect or use this personal data for any other purpose, and we will NOT disclose this personal data to any other third party.
